The Directors of the Southwest Vermont Supervisory Union, Bennington School District, Inc., Mount Anthony Union School District, North Bennington Graded School District, Pownal School District, Shaftsbury School District, and Woodford School District shall delegate to the Superintendent the function of specifying required actions and designing the detailed arrangements under which the schools will be operated. These rules and these detailed arrangements shall constitute the administrative regulations governing the schools. They must be in every respect consistent with the policies adopted by the Board and State Law. The Boards shall be kept informed of all proposed changes in administrative regulations and/or procedures.

The Board may require the Superintendent and administrative staff to prepare and present to the Board a volume of administrative regulations and procedures corresponding to the Board's Policy Manual which incorporates the same system of organization and codification.
